Messenger Studio uses a combination of ADAT and hard disc recording for 24 tracks of digital recording. Analog machines are also available. We have state of the art equipment, and a comfortable and great sounding environment. We have three isolation booths and a spacious control and listening room. The rooms have an excellent sound and are
comfortably outfitted. The mixing/listening room is large enough to accommodate the whole band and their friends. There is space to rehearse while recording is going on. The studio is situated in a beautiful one-acre landscaped jungle in Omao, Kauai. In the hills just above Koloa, and Poipu Beach (5 minutes to the beach). There is a 1/5 mile trail that winds through the land surrounding the studio. It is abundant with tropical fruit trees and a wide variety of Hawaiian and tropical plants. You are welcome to enjoy the benches placed along the trail and eat the fruits that grow all year long.
It goes without saying that Messenger Studio provides a wonderful opportunity for a recording vacation. We are able to provide packages that include car and lodging to make all of this more accessible to mainland visitors.
